I'm a Colombian-Canadian actor, writer and filmmaker. Some backstory: I was born in Guaraní and Querandí territory (Buenos Aires), raised in Bacatá (Bogotá) and Tenochtitlan (Mexico City), and after slowly migrating more and more north I'm now based in Tkaronto (Toronto).

I write a lot of stories inspired by family and about relating to the world in two languages (English and Spanish) and two cultures. And my writing showcases my culture and my community’s humour, our diversity, and our generational differences with a lot of laughter and heart. My first short film script Date Night won the ACTRA Toronto Shorts Competition and has since received official selection from various film festivals across Turtle Island. I'm currently part of the Reelworld Emerging 20 Program and the Canadian Film Centre's Norman Jewison Film Writer's Lab developing my first feature film Eyes Open | Ojos Abiertoswas also selected for the Netflix-Banff Diversity of Voices Initiative Professional Development Program.  As a playwright, I completed Factory Theatre's Playwriting Unit (The Foundry), a Winter Playwriting Residency through Aluna Theatre and I was also invited to the Stratford Festival's Playwrights Retreat (2022) with my play One Perfect Day | Un día perfecto.

As an actor, I voice the feisty Lia Venegas on Bakugan: Battle Planet, the adorable Lime Chiffon on Strawberry Shortcake: Berry in the Big City, the ever-enthusiastic Hayley Daily on Paw Patrol, and various roles in Ubisoft's most recent release Far Cry 6. Other selected acting credits include Mrs. America (FX)Homemade Christmas (Lifetime), El Retorno/I Return (Aluna Theatre-Radio Play), Rochdale (SummerWorks) written by David Yee and directed by Nina Lee Aquino.

Awards and Prizes: I'm a Johanna Metcalf Performing Arts Prize protégé (2021) and I'm grateful to have been nominated for a Dora Mavor Moore Award for my work in Meet Cute (Roseneath Theatrewritten by Erin Norah Thompson and directed by Jill Harper and Aaron Willis.
